Lucci's Shopping Plaza is located on Route 129 ( Lowell Street ) in Wilmington. You can reach Route 129 by traveling Route 38 from Tewksbury or Woburn. From Tewksbury, take Route 38 past Wilmington Center and bear left at the Shell Service Station onto Route 129. From Woburn, take Route 38 to the Shell Service Station which is on the right and take a right hand turn onto Route 129.
From Route 93 north or south take exit 38 and head towards Wilmington for approximately one mile.
Appointments
We see patients on an appointment basis. As a convenience to you we will confirm your appointment, however, if it is unnecessary or inconvenient for us to call, please let us know.
If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. We require that you give us 24 hours notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment time to another patient. Broken appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be subject to a charge.
Emergency Care
We recognize that you can have an emergency situation arise and we will do our best to respond to your problem quickly. If you have a problem requiring emergency treatment, please call us as early in the day as possible. If a problem arises when the office is closed, just call the office and our recording will tell you how to contact Dr. Caselle.
Payment
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Care Credit Card. If you have insurance you will be given an estimate of your copayment and deductible which is payable at the time of your visit.
Insurance
You should bring your insurance form or card with you on your first visit. In cases of dual insurance please bring insurance information for both plans.
We will submit your claim to the insurance carrier and notify you of any amounts not paid by the insurance and therefore payable by you. Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between your employer, insurance company and you. We are not directly involved in any way with your insurance company beyond submitting your claims. Therefore you are responsible for payment of all professional fees regardless of the extent of your insurance coverage.
Sterilization
We follow all recommended procedures for the heat sterilization of instruments including handpieces and take every precaution to protect you and your family members from infectious diseases. We are proud of our longstanding commitment to infection control.
Continuing Care
Since our goal is to prevent oral disease it is important that a program of periodic check-ups and cleanings be followed. Together with your own oral hygiene efforts we can help you achieve and enjoy a lifetime of good dental health and a beautiful smile.
